Multi-Agent Game Orchestrator

At WinZO I built an internal multi-agent system that takes a game from idea → code → testing with deterministic execution and validation checkpoints, collapsing the development lifecycle. This is a live simulation of that pipeline.

The Arcade

My day job is leading the team behind WinZO's real-time multiplayer games — those live inside the app. The cabinets below are weekend toys written from scratch for this site, because a games engineer's portfolio should be playable.

Built for the Feed

I led a shorts-based video streaming platform built for scale — Shaka Player, HLS/DASH, DRM, adaptive bitrate. So naturally, this section scrolls like one. (scroll inside the phone)

▸ Shaka Player customized for HLS/DASH + DRM-protected streams
▸ ABR adaptive bitrate tuned for flaky mobile networks
▸ Core Web Vitals preloading, caching & lazy loading driven by analytics
▸ internal npm packages shared UI, hooks, analytics & API clients

Schema-Driven Backoffice

I architected a platform where teams ship admin pages from JSON config with zero frontend effort — adopted across the company, replacing repetitive admin builds. This is the idea, miniaturized: edit the JSON, watch the UI rebuild — the search actually filters.
